Quality Assurance

G2’s Quality Assurance is managed and monitored by the prime contractor. Their President and Business Manager are the key management points of contact; their direct oversight ensures rapid upper management response to contract requirements and critical issues.

Controls are in place to resolve problems quickly. Controls include a G2 manager with the authority and decision-making ability to handle issues should any arise. Any issues requiring corrective actions are given the highest priority, and follow-up is provided to ensure that the issue was handled satisfactorily.

G2 has performed on numerous task orders for various DOD clients. All contract deliverables including software, monthly reports, and documentation are delivered on time and compliant with contract quality standards and CDRL requirements.
