This Privacy Notice for G2 Software Systems, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information on our Site. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of information. Internal company policies and procedures govern G2 Software Systems, Inc. internal networks and systems and the processing of personal information relating to employees and other authorized G2 Software Systems, Inc. network users.

  • Login credentials (such as username, password, time and date of login) 
  • Personal information submitted by job applicants, such as a resume or CV, cover letters, work authorization information, education history, information about security clearances, citizenship information, ethnicity, race and gender 
  • Any other personal information found in content that users provide 

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit, use or navigate our Site, we may collect certain information by automated means. This information does not reveal your specific identity (such as your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, referring URL’s, information about how and when you use our Site, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Site and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Both we and others (such as our service providers) may collect personal information about our visitors’ online activities over time and across third-party websites. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals (DNT). Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. 

How We Use the Information Collected

  • To process employment applications, including assessing qualifications, verifying information, and conducting reference or other employment related checks;
  • To provide and administer human resources services for G2 employees;

  • To protect against, identify and prevent cybersecurity and other security events, espionage, fraud and other unlawful activity, claims and other liabilities;
  • To comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies;

In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government entities, (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent harm or financial loss, or(iv) in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual espionage, cybersecurity or security events other fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Site is at your own risk. You should only access the Site within a secure environment. 

Data Retention

G2 Software Systems, Inc. will retain your personal information only for as long as required for processing and not longer than a maximum period of five years.
